I'm thinking a ballpark 7.5 -- I think 8 is best case scenario, but I don't thinking it will drop below a 7. Nice book.

Yea I would provide more if I could but I just came across this thread and I don’t have the book on hand. Back cover is clean and no other tears. All pages intact and look good, no spine splits.

Trying this out for the first time. Already sent this in for a press and to be graded. Main concern is the tear by the hammer. It measured 5/16 from what I saw but worst case 3/8 inch. It’s kind of like a spine tick-to-tear because it doesn’t really rip through the page entirely if that makes sense. A few other spine ticks and bottom right corner crease. Only have cover pics as I submitted this already: Back cover is clean and no staining.

I'm around an 8.5 as well but I wouldn't be shocked if it was a 9.0. Cool book!
