    Reading this, my first thought was probably an early Cap or DD, but it looks like those Scorpion appearances were all Sal Buscema or Gene Colan. A great Kane DD v Scorpion cover was Daredevil 82.

    I never noticed the credit on this book before, but I'd bet my life that Romita did the layout of the Scorpion. The face looks "Romita" to me. I don't value my life much.

    I don't think there's any reason this book shouldn't hit 5.5. I've seen a 5.5, OW/W AF 15 that had substantially more chipping than this copy. I would almost be willing to bet a chance at 6. Fantastic book, and I would not have it dry cleaned, let alone pressed.

    Are you familiar enough with comics to spot amateur color touch? How long did your brother own the book? The page color looks OW-White to me.
