  1. Ahhhhh...Multiple Man! Great book and great cover. Has there been news of him as a movie or TV character? I'm behind the times
  2. Ah I see. I didn't look that far back. Well I understand it has doubled maybe due to the scarce pickings available. I can also see why nobody is buying at this "new" inflated prices. When one sells for 150+ this month I will agree that maybe it's warming. If the underlying reason a supposed hot book has no sales in 30+ days is the inflated price??? What does that tell you? And that argument can be made for any overpriced variant that's not selling...nope. Just no.
  3. I just bought a Marvel Premiere 1 in a solid and nicely presented F+ condition for just under 60 bucks. So not "heating" due to the fact that it appears the prices have dropped. but I've wanted one for for a while now. I had purchased one on the bay for much more a year or so ago that ended up being a VG at best. I wasn't happy with it so sold it and lost money. I kinda gave up until I've seen an abundance of decent copies at affordable prices. Seems to be a smart buy at current prices since his silver age appearances are a little out of my range for f-vf copies.
  4. How is a book that hasn't sold one copy since October a "book that's heating"? I don't mean anything funny and this is a legit inquiry. I'm knew and trying to understand what is actually heating so I can hunt.
  5. That's an overall nice book and if you got it for a really good price then I don't see any major resto there that can't be scraped of or out. I personally would rather have a lower grade no resto...then again I would never keep a resto book unless it was like FF #1 or something of that caliber.
  6. Hello everyone I'm new and browsing the forum and wanted to add that black ink restore or covering minor black color breaks is a real pain in the ars and seems to be rampant with coppers and even moderns. It's really messed up and hard to tell at first glance especially if it's "fine dotted" and there no bleed. I bought a ASM 300 for a premium and it had black ink I'm certain. I brought it back to who I purchased from and he argued till no end. Literally I wanted to punch him. It was not the only copper I've gotten recently that has had this desecration. I think if you just be realistic and rational and a book looks to good to be true to ask more questions or for more photos. Alot of sellers will ignore you but hey.
