I could be mistaken on the order of the prints, but just basing it off what I have seen it listed as 4A, B, C. I don’t believe it actually says 3rd print in the book, and the other two editions are more like extra print runs. There is an old Captain Canuck thread here that does mention this issue, but I have never actually seen these other two versions

The first print only had 300 copies and was numbered with a COA. 2nd print looked liked the 3rd, but it was autographed, and only 15 copies! It had 2 COAs and an orange card-stock cover
