Oh...also just finished "Hitler: A Study In Tyranny" (yeah, I know book titles are supposed to be italicized, but I've always been lazy about that) by Sir Alan Bullock, written shortly after the war, when everyone was still quite fresh. It squarely refutes the denial claims, along with much, much more.

Just finished reading "My Lunches With Orson", and before that "The Tower" by Derek Wilson (Wha...? A history book? For FUN?? ) Now, I'm reading "Dragon" by Clive Cussler, because I like outrageous adventure books.

I applaud that as well - they were a little indiscriminate though, they killed RMA's love letter to Ally Sheedy too Nothing can kill my love for Ally Sheedy. (But yes, I'm one of the "known quantities" to the mods, and my posts will often be poofed with much less cause than most. One of the perks of often voicing one's opinion. )

That raises an interesting point. At what point do all the bells and whistles of websites cross the line? I have all sorts of sites that I can't visit because they have 17 teeny tiny auto start video commercials, and I can't find them on the page to stop them, so I just won't go. I have sites that are jam packed with flash this and flash that, and it frequently gums up the works. At what point will people finally say "enough with the ads already!!"...?

What makes #0 significant is that it is awesome. For $1, I'd be jumping for delight inside. But otherwise, it's the very first Valiant superhero story ever written, and you couldn't just buy it off the shelves. (Man, I still have completely sharp memories of my when Valiant was new.)
