I’m sure this has been discussed in this thread before but has anybody else’s books been sitting in limbo once tracking shows package delivered? I sent a priority box literally 3 weeks ago. Says delivered.  They still haven’t even marked them as received.  I have some valuable books in that box and it’s pretty stressful wondering if they’re ok. It’s getting pretty ridiculous.

    right?!

  2. Hey guys so I'm going to go to one of the local comic coins and these are my most valuable.

I'm going to get the hulk 181 cleaned pressed and graded obviously. But what about the others.

I'd say the giant xmen might be a 3.5 at best. The one xmen 193 is at least a 7. The other has a little restoration done to it. The banshee first app is at least a 7. The rogues first app is in really great shape. What do you all think of most importance?

    Thanks in advance

Agree as well.  It's "under-valued" compared to some of the other big Marvel keys, considering how huge the Xmen were/are (even if it's the old team).  I'm not a hard core PQ guy, but I'd definitely try and stay in the OW/W or W page range for this one (b/c of the white cover).

would it matter if lets say i'm just collecting for me as a nostaglia piece. I mean of course I want the best I can afford but a 2.0 -4.5 range would be where I would buy.

  4. Thanks guys, thats what i thought it would be 6.5 low scale , 8 on a high scale. I got it for 455 off ebay; seller said it was 7.5 or 8. Which obvious means i got a helluva deal. He packed it like and I believe he did it because he knew I won a great price and was bitter.... needless to say those stress marks on the top left was where the cardboard "supporters" was slightly bent. Im in the process of finding a good presser where i live...(dc area) and will be sending a couple to be pressed and graded here soon.

  5. So with the movie up coming are we seeing the max price of xmen 101? I mean clearly we don't know but i'm just starting my collection of xmen.

Should I wait to buy a fairly decent copy or buy it now?
