    Thank you for your help ExNihilo, I've contacted Excelsior and will update the thread if I receive a response. I can't even find any information regarding the "Rise of the Black Panther Marvel 1 Variant edition" so this is looking less and less legitimate.

    I just bought the "Rise of the Black Panther" from here as well. I can't find anything online about this, and even the website certifying the signature is difficult to track down. It also appears as though the price fluctuates as I was charged $250. I'm pretty disappointed in myself, I should have known better.
