There is no mention of water damage so I guess we can be sure that its glare we are seeing. I can see that small stain mentioned up top. From these notes there's not a whole lot of defects. Its probably going to boil down to that stain and how the grader interprets it. You may get about the same grade but its really hard to guarantee what the book will come back as from another company. Even resubmitting the same book to the same company can net a different result. Maybe tell us what the grade assigned is and some of the "defect experts" can tell you if it would possibly grade the same thru CGC.

If its see bee see es then you can go to their website and enter the serial number of the slab and get the graders notes on the book. This will tell you all the defects.

OK thats a plus. At least your BA book was inspected for restoration by someone that knows what their doing.

Does the current grading company on the book have 3 letters in their name or 4? Aw heck is it PGX?

Is that glare on the front case or is there water damage? Seems like some defects going on but can't be sure.

Like you said you'd really need to get a very high grade on those particular books to make it worth the money. Issue #194 is a key book and might be worth it.
