If you get a book with “tape on inside cover” reslabbed, will still have that statement on the label or if it will drop off with the new rules

It does indeed (lol) but it was actually an old label 4.0 that somebody sent in to try to get upgraded and it went down. Guy sent me the old label with the book. One of the best 3.0’s of that book I’ve seen
