  1. I realize CGC benefits from not showing the credit online but it's a real pain for those who want to know if they have a credit available. I just called customer service and asked how much credit I had available and when it expired. They took my customer service pulled up my account and then said they don't have access to the information and would need to contact billing. I was put on hold for 15 minutes afterwhich they apologized and said they also had to wait to find someone from billing that could see the information! I think it's time to be more transparent about these credits, it is really wasting a lot of time from customers and support staff that may actually cost CGC more money in personnel time as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had the same issue.
  2. I have the same question and was told that items take up to 2 weeks after being delivered to show up as "received" but it's been two weeks and my set of modern books sent in for grading still aren't showing up as received. However, if I'm reading this right are you saying that it actually may take almost a month? It would be nice if you'd put a note about this on the site (when people click on submissions) to let people know that information because it's very stressful for us newbies who don't know what's going on to see that it says you haven't received anything when in fact you have but they just aren't entered in as received until they are ready to work on them.
  3. Thanks for the quick reply. I'd suggest CGC add that to the verbage when you click on "View Submissions". Rather than say "We haven't received any submissions from you in the last 8 months" which is misleading because they may indeed have received a submission in the last week or two but just haven't processed them in the system, they could say "It takes up to two weeks for delivered submissions to be processed in the system" Also it's really annoying that you can't see your anniversary date for when your annual credit (annual fee) is issued and/or expires.
  4. I'm also getting worried. My package was delivered to CGC on February 19th and it still hasn't show up in the system as received. Is this normal?! It's very stressful when you send expensive books to have to wait over a week before CGC confirms that they are in the system.
  5. I wish they would post the credit on the site. I've called and complained about this and they gave some lame excuse about financial activities being on a separate server. I never know when my annual credit is going to be issued and when it will expire. They supposedly send an email but I've never seen that either and they don't post those on the website messages or under the mail folder which would be highly appreciated. I hate to say it, but it seems like by keeping people in the dark lots of these annual upgrade fees which include a $150 credit go unused and add to the bottom line of the companies financials.
  6. I just upgraded to premium and had same issue. I figured it might take a few days for the credit to show up so I waited and waited.. Now a week later the credit doesn't show up nor does it subtract from the balance when I go to hit submit to charge my credit card for a submission over $150. This is very frustrating. CGC needs to fix it. Based on readings I'm confident either it will be deducted after the fact or I'll have to call CGC to get money refunded but it shouldn't have to be done this way.
