  1. Cool piece, Jim! And an even cooler set of friends. Hope your move went well!
  2. (gulp) It looks like he's getting his price... (double gulp) http://www.romitaman.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=3407&Details=1&From=Room Does Romitaman know his market or what?
  3. For those who missed the auction, here's your second chance: http://www.romitaman.com/NewGalleryRoom.asp At a slight mark-up, of course
  4. Since your page was at the top of MY EM wishlist I guess that makes YOU my arch nemesis! Seriously, though, great score!
  5. Just got this in: http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=195598&GSub=30840 The cover to THE ESCAPISTS #2. This is a really fun mini-series, written by Brian K. Vaughan. The covers are by an all-star line-up so far: Frank Miller, John Cassaday, James Jean...I'm sure they have other great artists for the remaining issues.
  6. Congrats, Chris! REID FLEMING had that snarky humor I loved. A great page! Felix P.S. If you get tired of it, let me know!
  7. By all rights, this series should have sucked and I felt bad that Robert Kirkman seems to be pigeon-holed as the goto zombie guy. But I really enjoyed it. I've been wanting a piece of art from the series, almost bought a piece or two from Mark Hay, but decided to wait for the "right" one. When I saw this page in the last issue, I knew it was the "one": http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece...at=0&UCat=0 A classic head-to-head battle splash featuring a ton of zombie super-heroes. Check it out!
  8. Are these the pages you were in a dispute over? Glad to see you got them.
  9. Those Dredd pages are sweet! After Bolland, I really liked Ezquerra's work on titles like JD and STAINLESS STEEL RAT. Any more where those came from?
  10. GREAT pickup! I saw this page in Seattle last month, wanted it, but had already run out of money Congrats!!
  11. Great action page! Every panel is a winner...I especially like the top right one. Congrats!

  13. I have the Gold edition of MiracleMan #1. Signed by Alan Moore at the 1985 San Diego Comic Con. Is this the same comic that's worth $1500 that someone posted earlier in this thread??? It's basically the exact same issue as the regular #1 except it has Moore's autograph. The certificate is not bound together with the book, it is seperate. I had no idea this was such an in-demand item. Can someone fill me in on the other rare editions? I'm not aware of all of them. Thanks!
