    Oh yeah, I saw the gold one at the store back in March. They wanted $500 for it. In hindsight, it would have been a worthy short term investment.

    There was one Thor that was Buy it Now that sold within a few hours for $3k, there is another for auction now. I can’t find the gold black panther. Is that one gone already too?

    Calling the Avengers STATION store and asking would probably solve the speculation. Otherwise, the lawsuit Stan filed will likely expose the number sold.

    As a total noob in the comic book collecting world, can someone please explain the salty attitude some of you have around this? I understand how it was acquired, and the recent things Mr. Lee has gone through, however from the viewpoint of a collector isn’t the point to obtain something rare/hard to find/limited with history or a story attached to it?
