  1. Thank you from a guy that has quite a spectacular copy himself, (you can post it here on the thread if you want )
  2. Billy Wright Pedigree. The cover is a classic in most anyone's book. Creig Flessel is the artist, Fu Manchu the character. Unrestored copies of this issue are tough to come by. Batman was nine months away and Superman had been in just three comics when this issue hit the stands. One of my all time favorites,
  3. From the 12 I skip all the way up to # 16. Billy Wright Pedigree. White pages. This book was on the stands at the same time as Action #1, and has an ad for it inside! Creig Flessel cover art for this issue. One of the nicest unrestored copies in existence. The colors are super bright and intense, a stunner!
  4. The pre-Batman cover for this early issue of the title is by Creig Flessel. This copy is one of a handful that have been certified by CGC to date. I think one of the highest grades to date, but not sure, also available if anyone is interested.
  5. You are correct, funny thing I think Harley, offered to me for 12K? and I held off, book went to HA, and I got it for 8,9? so you never know, bird in the hand can be worth more than two in the bush,
  6. Per HA, when I bought the book, the highest-graded unrestored copy that we have ever seen. (not sure if the cenus shows ahigher grade), Creig Flessel cover and art. Joe Shuster and Sven Elven art. A stunning copy, that is crisp bright and blazing with color and registration, one of my favorite books,
  7. Issue #9, comes in with a "6" or "uncommon" rating in Gerber's Photo-Journal Guide. The waterlogged cop cover is by Creig Flessel who also contributed interior art for the issue. Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster art.
  8. Actually had a 8.0 with "double" registration, and traded down to this 7.5 because it presented much nicer, and brighter etc, BB
  9. My next book is the "mystical " #8, Billy Wright Pedigree with Off-white pages. This shows you how early the Wright collection started: this book is one of the first 250 or so comics ever published, and pre-dated Action #1 by eight months
  10. Second highest graded copy at this time. Lost Valley Pedigree Prolly RareHighGrade has the Church copy
  11. I don't have a #5 so my next book is the #6, Highest Graded copy at this time. Lost Valley Pedigree
  12. OMG I have undercopy if anybody is interested, just saying
  13. Classic artwork, some of the best IMHO love the detail, and fine line, and inks
  14. Happy Saturday! As the story goes, this copy was found in elderly lady home, when she retired, slipped in between the pages of a magazine and kept safe in her mementos dresser. The only comic in the house.
  15. My next book is the #3, very hard to find in any grade, also an upgrade, have my under copy if any body is interested,
