    Hi, Sorry to jump in, but I have some questions: 1 - I don't get why some dealer/ facilitators can't submit my SS using my own CGC account. Is it something that the facilitator can do? 2 - Is there a way to bypass facilitators and submit SS only through my own account? Thanks, W.
