  1. Greg Land bought a Maxim magazine from me, does that count?
  2. How is the other side, the free one, able to be up and running? And how are they able to get almost every comic that has been produced? Seems like a huge undertaking.
  3. Didn't realize it was that cheap. Don't know why but I thought it was closer to $20 a month. Silver and Bronze listed in the unlimited package?
  4. I would argue having access to the entire Marvel/DC library at no cost would pump fuel back into the industry. I would imagine it renews interest for many to go back and read issues they missed. In return the spark is back and they are collecting again, buying merch, original art, commissions, attending shows, tickets to movies....etc. Am I wrong? Not like the original creators are seeing any money from "legit" digital sites. I say DC and Marvel open the floodgates to anything past say...5-10 years at no charge online.
  5. Will take $100 offer if submitted. Heck of a deal for a great splash!
  6. It's back up. This one hurts. Hope it goes to a good home.
  7. This is not a plug and I don't know the owner over at Catskill Comics, just thought I would pass on a great value. He has a boatload of Ron Frenz 11x17 pencil sketches, for a DC product project I assume, that are going for an absolute steal at $100. He also has them on the bay. https://www.catskillcomics.com/frenz.htm My pickup.
  8. Need to move fast. It's on the bay. Original Comic Art Dr. Doom Returns #3 Page, PG, P #14.
  9. What is peanuts back then? Going rate for a mid around that time was what....5-10k?
  10. Was "high grade" a consideration in the 60's and 70's to those that collected?
  11. How many New Mutants #100 did you own? They were going for $10 a month after they hit the stands.
  12. How many New Mutants #100 did you own? They were going for $10 a month after they hit the stands.
  13. 7.0, 7.5 if the color pops more than shown in the pics
  14. Also remember buying a Hulk 180 that had to be an 8 or greater for $50. Probably traded it for a Kirby Puckett.
  15. I saved up all summer in the late 80's to buy a Hulk #1 that was probably a 2.5. Paid $100 for it, traded it later that year for a Roger Clemens rookie card.
  16. Am I the only one that actually loved this series?
  17. Question on OA first appearances. Do you call the first panel they were introduced the first appearance or does the entire issue they are featured in count as a first appearance as long as they are on the page?????
