I was looking at a lot of copy’s on eBay but don’t see any of them haveing this defect like mine has.I’m thanking a print defect??The blue and white dot I’m guessing should not be there?

Cgc says on the 6.0 that u can have one major defect with several small defects. So what would be a major defect be like a 3 inch spine split??Because a 3 inch split puts u at 3.0 right?
