Recently found this beauty among a lot I purchased. There is obvious staining throughout the book but the spine seems fine and all the pages are there. I don't know folks, how lucky did I get?

I appreciate the help folks! I ended up being able to look at it in person and pages were missing and the back page was ripped in half hahahaha. And I just didn't even think to look on eBay?

Have a chance to buy this, but the asking price is $120. It hasn't been graded and the guys best guess is a 3.5. Just trying to see if I'm getting a good deal. I realize this is a pretty sought after issue but $120 for a 3.5 seems off to me
