ya like others said always keep in contact with the artist. To make sure you know what is up. Now if its a bigger name guy. Sure there could be variety of reasons be it they have other commissions they are also working on. To if they are currently employed by x publisher they have there paid gigs they have to take care of first. To if they have some personal things going on. Like a death in the family, just having a kid, got sick, or some times there is some folks that just take awhile to get work done.

hey all i know this isn't a silver age question. Its a modern question i was trying to figure out. So i was over at marvel.wikia.com website and they have the annual that came out back in sept 2018 listed as being part of vol. 4 run even though vol.5 already had 5 or 6 issues out. So i was curious is that annual from 2018 officially listed as part of vol. 4 and not vol. 5. I was just curious as the upcoming annual in june is listed as part of vol. 5. And if the one from last year is for vol. 4 i would need to relist it in my comics catalogue i have. So if any one could help me out that would be great. The issue is that one about symbiote suit story.

So guys wanted to post this. It's a rough version of a sketch cover Steve Geiger is working on for me that I will be picking up at a show soon. Finished version will be including some color too. For a rough this already looks wicked.

Great looking spider Gwen and mj above. Hey guys looking for some help. I am planning at one of my upcoming cons I am going to is to get a Kraven sketch on asm#17 blank. But looking for some help on a detail. Should I have Kraven have spiderman head on a pike, Kraven crushing spiderman skull. Or him holding skull of spiderman with a tattered mask? Then I plan to get jam on the cover with others doing head shots of other villains.

I only have had one book cgc so far. And decided to check out forum when I did cgc last year.

I posted this in a couple other threads. I only started going to cons since 2014. And first non blank cover sketch I gotten was in 2014 a classic 9x12 Alex saviuk full body spidey. Since 2015 I been sticking to blank sketch covers.

So might be getting that asm#100 from my lcs this coming week. Counting if owner still has it in shop or his storage place and didn' sell it. He has to check.

Some great stuff guys. So ya first sketch I getting this year is going to be 3rd piece of mine from Steve Geiger. He doing it pre show for me. And I am picking it up next month. It's going to be a homage of Web of spiderman #70 spider hulk. Just working on payment right now. If any one like to see progress once he gets under way on sketch. I post updates and then final cover.

Some nice stuff guys. Sucks above on grades. I still wish I had a Stan sig too. My deal was what book I would have done it on. I still would like to get 1 of 3 Stan sig on asm#666 from my local shop on his cover. But he doesn't want to part with it lol. (Has 3 for his 3 kids...)

I am not much for ebay myself. But I am sure if you know right dealers same at cons. You can probably find good deals. Personally I like buying old stuff from my local shop. As owner has some great stuff and always get some great collections in. As he usually best in my area on that.

Still regret not getting #44 before at my local shop was checkng it out a few years back owner had and I just couldn't go for it that day. And bam next time I came in was gone.

Noob question what is the census and how could I check to see where my book is on it.

So question for all. I have an original commisson on art board drawing that is 9x12. I originally wanted to frame it. But I have no place to hang art. So I was wondering what is best way to protect the piece still without framing it. Like get some sort of slab like thing, bag and board like a comic etc.....

Hey all so here a question I hot. For folks with original art or commisson art pieces. If you didn' get them frame. What ways are you storing them. Like do you got them in plastic top loader things, bagged and board like comics. I have a piece I wish I had place to frame it. But don't and wanted to ask what folks think is best option to go not framing.

Looks great was it pricey to get.

Ironically asked Geiger of that lol. Any other cool ideas folks.
