i sent an email to cgc. haven't got a response

If a comic book was put together at the factory and the machine missed a staple, does that hurt the grade? there is no hole where the staple should be

so I have a transformers 3 black spidey cameo. during the staple process, it never got a top staple. there is no tear and there is no hole. Is it impossible to even get a 9.0, being that its a factory mistake?

So I'm looking in my overstreet price guide and it says that alfred's last name is revealed as pennyworth in batman 214. so i get a nice copy of batman 214 off eBay. It cost me about 40 bucks with shipping. when i receive it, I cannot find mention of the name pennyworth anywhere in the book. However in batman 216, alfred mentions his brothers full name and the last name is pennyworth. did i just waste 40 bucks on the wrong book? can anyone help me with info on this topic?

how bad is a cgc green label? basically worthless? what if its a green label because it is unwitnessed autographs? would it be better to not get it slabbed than to have a green label?

it is actually 1 loose page. it was never unfolded, therefore it never got stapled and the other side is actually out of order. this would not be considered and error?

So, is that how they are leaving it? All of those prelude issues, all of those variants, and nothing happens? Batman goes right into the next story? This isn't over, right?

Hello, I am new to this forum and I had a question. I recently picked up an amazing spiderman 800. It is a very thick book as I am sure you all know. The staples in the spine did not go all the way through and there are 2 loose pages in the middle of the book, that the staple never went through. You can easily remove the pages, there are no holes in them. Is this a common problem on thick issues? Does this ruin any worth of the comic book?
