    So if an acetate by the same artist as the cover artist is added to a comic, but the CGC brain trust deems the artist, 'not established', what then?! The fact that they are the artist on the original printed book isn't sufficient?! Since your grading criteria isn't public knowledge, I suppose there's no reason what constitutes, 'established', should be either!

    Should Marvel state that they have no (back ) issue with Black Flag's newly manufactured exclusive, that would just leave CGC to speak to the incredible good fortune of outcomes with respect to the grades of said books! Since their grading criteria is a black box, owned by Black Rock, it'll be on to the next scandal!
