It is printed on the back cover that it is signed but it is not. Do you think this is collectable?

All of the issues of Batman/spawn 1 1 :000 cover R were suppose to be signed at a CGC signing event before issue. I have come across an UNSIGNED copy. Does anyone have any info on this?
