The 10 card economy with subgrades finally went into Grading/Encapsulating/Imaging 5 days after the bulk and economy with no subgrades got into grading phase

Does the new CSG Thick Holder grade Topps Transcendent Tennis? its a thicker card with a medal type edge. Was wondering if this was eligible for the CSG thick holder? i didnt see it on the list of eligible cards. Fingers crossed!

This "Scheduled for Grading" glitch blows because i have 3 orders that are received 2/17 and i cant tell if its actually time for them to actually be scheduled to get grading or theyre not. They should be in the next batch up to see some movement. i hope it gets cleared out soon

Your Bulk with subgrades that was received on 5/11 was scheduled for grading?? thats super insane if its bulk cause im still waiting on a economy with subgrades received on 2/17 to move from RECEIVED EDIT** nevermind i just noticed all of my submissions changed to scheduled for grading too. Im assuming this is a system glitch all around.

did the TAT come down? it was at 225 days before right?

I was wondering the same thing! i got subgrades on some of my economy and it didnt say it on the line. im glad it wasnt just me.

as of 2 hours past the deadline, the prices are still reflecting the old prices. they have no increased in the system yet, keep on trying!

i got my order completed last night and i finalized my order this evening and i got my confirmation email w the packing slip. I kept trying to open it for the past hour and it keeps saying "message NULL" etc. how many attempts did you keep trying to generate the slip for it to generate? i even emails CGC services but i doubt they respond by tonight. I feel better than most ppl who havent been able to complete their order, but im in your boat where i was able to get that confirmation order email. Im going to keep opening tabs to get that packing slip generated.

If i was to submit a CGC order and a CSG order can i send it in the same box but separate them with one box saying CGC and another as CSG? i think the addresses are the same but different PO Boxes? Is this possible?

I was expecting a higher price jump honestly. I was hoping for a $20 bulk price minimum. But $15 is still very cheap. They even increased CSG bulk pricing but only to $12. Sucks they stopped the 15% discount on elite but this is progress

Has anyone successfully sent in any new 2020-2021 NBA Prizms set cards into the submission yet? It seems like its only Prizm Draft picks in the database. Is there a delay for newer sets or do we have to wait to get our 2020-2021 NBA Prizm cards graded?

and if the price shown on the invoice will be the definitive price of the charge

Just got an email with my CGC statement for a couple orders, what do i do? Its 2 bulk orders and 2 economy orders that were sent in Feb, as of right now all 4 orders are in RECEIVED status. Its a paper statement attachment, how do i go about paying it? i thought i only get billed once its scheduled to be graded? please help, I wouldnt mind paying it all right now because the statement has me grandfathered in with the pre price increase prices. Is there an online portal i can make my payment? My credit card on file has not been charged for the amount either.

I had a 163 card Bulk submission also delivered on 3/1/21, it was marked received 3/23. It really is just a matter of what random box they pickup and mark received I guess. I consider myself lucky, good luck to your order.
