If any damage occurs during shipping then we will handle claim through carrier. Can’t say enough about this book for anyone currently in the market for a lower grade XM1! The book and Charlie are top tier and I hate to see it go but wish you luck with the sale and hope it goes to a good home...No disappointments with this one guys!!
