Was that the latest #3 from the last ComicLink auction? I got a low-grade one a few months back from them. A great book indeed! I love that semi splash page with the spiked creature in front of the movie theatre. It's one of the first comic images I remember from childhood (in the reprinted pocket digest) Congrats! (thumbs u Yes, it's from the Clink auction. I won it for less than my max bid, a little under GPA. It's my only FF...for now great choice for your first FF issue now which one I was thinking #4, 5, or 6. #4 all the way

Is there a link to the story talking about this cover? C Chris, It was posted at newsarama as a "teaser image" and really nothing was said about it. Some feel it is just a limited edition print (possibly the one given out at the SDCC?) and some think it is an upcoming cover. Here is a link to the newsarama article. That was me Though for a W pages, Northland copy I thought it was a very reasonable price all things considered. Recently prices have taken a step up, and holding out for a 9.6 looks to be a very long wait... and will be decidely 3-4 times as pricey, at least! must be a stunning copy, can you post a pic ??
