No. The book that was offered here on the boards, and the deal cancelled by the seller, is now being offered for more than twice as much on Reese's Rare Comics site.
Ah, so likely Rick sold the book to Reese's? I understand now, thank you. I've had very good experiences buying from Reece's over the years, wanted to confirm.

Mr Starr's new custom title should be 'money over honor'
I am having trouble following the entirety of this string. Is Rick Starr affiliated with Reese's Rare Comics?

I’m long overdue for contributing some pics to this thread.
Daredevil was one of my favourite characters when I first discovered Marvel in 1967, at the age of eight. I wound up with a pretty good run of issues from 7 to around 55 when I lost interest in the title. Unfortunately, those books went missing with the bulk of my comic collection when I was in my teens.I picked up the hobby again in the early 90s and the two books I wanted to focus on getting were DD and ASM. My goal was to only get the DD issues that I had as a kid plus issues 1 to 6 because I love the yellow costume. I decided to take my run up to 60 because it sounded right to end a run at a 10s number.
Here are my issues 1 to 10 plus a couple of crossovers that I have handy pics of.
Beautiful books.

Looks 9.8
It is beautiful - perfect wrap, wonderful cut (white border along right edge as someone else already mentioned). Surprised this copy is not part of a pedigree collection. Also surprised it's not white pages - if white pages I feel this book would be significantly higher. Thoughts? @Gotham Kid

Wow that's some collection.... Out of interest is this through just a love of the issue/character or to sell when he hits the big time? (Currently always on the speculation lists these days)
I have a few more additions to the Daredevil #1 family - will be updating pictures in the next week - few weeks.

Thank you again to all who inquired. Spidey is going to a good home!
I really need to check the boards more regularly... still considering adding AF15 and ASM1 to the collection. Nice book.

A much wiser career choice. Dentists are almost never told they need to throw their next root canal if they know what's good for them.
I appreciate your humor. Well done sir 😎

My grandfather was an attorney with the DA’s office in Columbus, Ohio several decades ago and lost his sight later in life. Sentimental attachment. I may trade 1 or 2 copies eventually (my 8 year old son wants Tales of Suspense 39)... I want a few other Silver Age books.

Sent you a direct message about Daredevil 2

Presents well - the wrap is off which makes me think the staple(s) is/are not tight which is contributing to the pages showing past the right hand side of the front cover. CGC will take off for the rust and should note "Rusty Staples" on the label.
