The fallout might be very interesting. Again like you said, the new money is overpaying with cash they don’t have in order to bank on profit that isn’t there. Add to that, one in four Americans do not have enough money saved to cover more than two months of expenses. Now imagine dealing with all that with the IRS nipping at your heels. All because you wanted a GSX 1. Wouldn’t be me lol.

In my opinion that really is a large untapped market for collecting. First appearance of Naruto, Goku, One-Punchman etc etc. I wouldn’t be surprised, anime is really popular just look at Attack on Titans. If Pokémon cards are popular, why not the 1st publish appearance of Pikachu?

On the fence about a potential buy My main concern is the whitish mark on the top right front cover and a tiny little mark at the very bottom of the back cover. What marks are those? Removable? Current grade as is? You see any pressable defects? Thanks in advance

I hope this happens. No they won’t mix universes, maybe a cross over every blue moon. But if Disney took over DCEU and structured the build up like the MCU it could be amazing. Every mistake they made with phase 1 can be avoided from the start of the new DCEU. Instead of getting the millionth Batman origin movie, we might get to see a movie for the legion of superheroes, Vixen, the Question, Swamp Thing, Nubia, Martian Manhunter, a non Rock centered JSA movie, the Flash family, Booster Gold, Black Canary & Green Arrow etc. Look at what they did with a tree and a raccoon. Can you imagine what they would do with High Father, Mister Miracle and Big Barda? If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. But all things considered, I’m willing to roll the dice.
