I'm going to start focusing more on Silver Age rather then modern hype books. I do have some leveraging power now

What is the purpose of your Journal Gabe?
Aspects of it are entertaining,you have to admit,other aspects are sad,dangerous and downright concerning

How does that doctor patient confidentiality work if the patient becomes a threat to himself or others?

I'm not going to adopt everything you say as fact,that would be negligent of me to do so 

I find you quite endearing at times

Well I am aware of legal stipulations as it pertains to Corrections Canada,which means confidentiality is pretty much non existent.
But in regards to coming home and talking about it to your wife or the local poker group I imagine its morally enforced.
