Center the assigned grade and page quality in the box, at least left to right and perhaps top to bottom as well. The box is its own design element and having the grade in the bottom right corner looks off. Ken

Fantastic Four 48 CGC 9.6 White. This book came from an original owner collection which also included issues 49, 50, 52, and 53, all of which graded 9.8 white. This copy is as nice a 9.6 as you could ever expect and in my opinion looks like it could have just as easily received a 9.8 grade. FF 48 is notoriously miswrapped with the front cover shifted to the left so that the first letters in Marvel Comics Group are not even on the front cover. This book has a perfect wrap and staple placement rarely seen on this issue which is why I paid a record price at the time when I purchased it. Look at the Heritage auction archives or Ebay and you will see what I mean. GPA shows only one sale in 9.6 a year ago for $11,700 and CL has a pending sale in 9.6 for $18,250.Try to find a 9.8 this nice! Asking $22,500

Did someone say they wanted Fiction House with nice colors? Jumbo 138 CGC 9.0 ow/white, Jumbo 139 CGC 9.0 white. Both books cracked out but labels will be sent. Incredibly deep color on both books. Were $575 each NOW $475 EACH or take the pair for $800!

Ghost Rider 3 CGC 6.5 ow/white. Book is cracked out but the label will be sent. Front cover eye appeal is fantastic with newsstand fresh color and looks like a 8.0 or better. Back cover has minor chipping. Classic Frazetta cover. Perfect example of buy the book, not the grade. Was $990 NOW $915

Jungle Comics 37 CGC 9.2 ow/white. Book is cracked out but the label will be sent. Edgar Church / Mile High copy. Single highest graded. The book exhibits the color and gloss to be expected from this pedigree. Small tear at top of spine on back cover and tiny chip at bottom of spine on back. A terrific Zolnerowich cover with a beautiful woman and a dinosaur. What more do you want? Was $4,550. NOW $4,250

Diary Secrets 11 CGC 7.5 cream to off-white. Cracked out but the label will be sent. Single highest graded copy of another tough Baker book. Nice color and gloss with supple pages that are closer to off-white to me and I am a page quality fanatic. Nice Grey tone effect. No GPA or CL sales data. Asking $2,500

Giant Comics Edition 15 CGC 3.0 ow/white. Book is cracked put but the label will be sent. The defect on this book is clear but aside from the bottom right corner it is stunning. Bright and glossy with one of Baker’s best covers. GPA has a 5.0 selling for $2,738 in February 2018. CL has a more recent 3.0 sold at $2,400. I’m going to be aggressive because I truly love this book and the eye appeal trumps the grade all day long. ‘First right of refusal goes to the board member who sold it to me but you can put a take on it for first shot if he passes. Asking $3,150

Teen-Age Romances 36 6.5/7.0 ow/white with most of the issues on the back cover. Perfect registration. Nice deep color and gloss. Highest grade on the census are two at 5.0. This would certainly grade better. Asking $3,700
