Honestly I think the price of this pack will be the determining factor for me. If it is not crazy high I may still pull the trigger and hope I still like the books next year I love the JSC books I have because I love his artwork and the story that was inside the book. This would be the first time I bought a book solely on the cover without actually reading what is inside. The problem I am facing is most of the keys I still want are outside of my price range but I have Christmas money burning a hole in my pocket haha You bring up a great point though!!! I have never thought of it like that. My keys are the ones I talk about with others. Thanks for the different view point ExNihilo! -

I have never bought a pack straight from JSC before but I am really hoping to snag this one. I try to save my comic money for keys and not just for covers but I am loving these ones. He draws my favorite version of Black Cat and he killed it on these four. Hopefully it isn't crazy expensive and isn't sold out. -

That is a hell of a haul! Congrats. So many great books in there! I don't know what that book has shot up in value recently but I am not complaining haha I was lucky enough to submit one and have it come back as a 9.8! -
So I have always used GoCollect as well and I really liked them! They updated their site today though and to see the FMV of your books you now need a subscription I will be looking for a new site to log my collection. I don't need the info enough to pay for it but it was fun to see. CLZ needs a subscription as well but if there are any free sites like GoCollect used to be I am all ears!

That is one of my favorite covers by him! Smart getting it regraded because I would be worried I would cut myself on that case haha Best of luck and great find! -

Still on mine as well! -
I was hoping for a 3.5 but I agree with you. I think they took off for the BC.

I finally got this back from CGC and I'm thrilled with the result! My first submission that has come back this high. -
Yep! There is a crease right where you guys were talking about at the bottom corner that looks like it could be the culprit. I weirdly feel better now that I see it. I don't think that can be removed but hey you win some and lose some. I really appreciate all the feedback and helping me out!
-
Do you see it? Or is that where it normally is? I looked it over before I sent it in but I am in no way a professional. It seems like there are still a lot of color breaking marks all over the cover.
-
Thank you all for your input! The book is finally back and it came in a little lower than I was hoping for but can't complain. Still a great book!
-
Thank you all for your grades! It finally came back from CGC. Apparently there is some color touch on the cover that I didn't see and still can't find but still pretty excited to own this book.

Has anyone ever bought JSC's original art off of his website? I'm just wondering how crazy expensive it is or if there is a slimmer of hope if I save for awhile -

I completely agree! I told myself yesterday, I was gonna take a break from buying Campbell stuff for a little but then he comes out with this set! If the price is right I will definitely try to add these to my stash. Then maybe I will take my break haha -
I was able to pick this up raw in Pensacola's con a few years back while I was in the Navy. Black Cat is such a fun character and I've actually really liked her recent solo run
-
I know this isn't an impressive grade, especially on this board, but I am very excited to own it. Venom is one of my favorite characters and my wife bought me this raw last year for my first father's day!
-
That is so cool you still have the original copy! Comics are meant to be enjoyed

I love that cover! I have looked for it for awhile but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. Great get!! -
I just picked up an ASM 42 for my collection. I would really appreciate some advice on what grade you guys think this would get. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you so much!

That is one of my all time favorites by him. I don't have a lot of JSC's stuff but I was lucky enough to pick that cover up.
