  1. My impression is that they don't bother unless it's an unusual case or expensive comic. They probably don't bother for common moderns.
  2. Jcjames, do you typically get graders notes? I have had 21 comics graded so far and haven't seen any notes online.
  3. I was expecting a 9.4 or higher. In fact it looked like a very nice book. Good tip about calling CGC. I'll wait until I receive the shipment so I can view the comic. Maybe they meant to enter a 9.2???
  4. I just checked my grades online and got a mysterious 2.0! The rest were high grade and I thought this one was too. Is there any way to find out why the grade was low? There are no notes. Maybe the comic was damaged in shipping but the rest were fine. Admittedly, I sent it in without looking inside so maybe a page had damage. I guess I'll crack it open and take a look.
  5. So far the temptation to look online has been too great. It's good to have the quick feedback before sending in another batch.
  6. Well, I figure as long as they're ordered they shouldn't have much to complain about.
  7. For a CGC submission the order of the comic stack should match the list on the packing slip. Does the top of the list go at the top of the stack or the bottom? Thanks!
  8. Just ordered the 12x9 corrugated sheets from Papermart. They'll make shipping raw comics easy.
