    Hello, well title says it all. Does page quality/color affect the grade of a book. Ie. Can a book with cream color pages get a 9.8? Ty

    Hello, my membership does not expire until April. If I renew now to upgrade before it expires does that give me a new start/end point for a year and will I receive the 150 dollar credit if I do this. Ty, Jason.

    Hello, I am wondering if a yellow label book can be cracked by anyone other than CCS for pressing, be resubmitted and still retain the yellow label? Thank-you very much, Jason.

    I sent my books off 3 months ago for pressing and grading. That isn't the problem. They were "scheduled for grading" and now they are just gone. When I put in the order # comes up not found. LMK please. TY Jason.
