For a while I thought this was crapp, just another loophole to max profits and curry favor. However, after having a few sales threads I understand the policy and I am adopting it myself. It's not as much trouble as I thought, and can smooth out transactions, avoiding that rushed feeling . The time allows for better communication and a higher level of customer service...but what do i know ? :blahblah:
