Jennifer, Trying to get submission form in for Jim Starlin...please have management push the deadline back for Jim and any others with deadline in June. Seems weird - your company has piles of money being thrown at you (in theory) and the main way for us to give you that money isn't working...but yet not important enough to fix?!? Drop everything else and fix the broken thing that allows your company to make money...sheesh. Super frustrating for everyone, but especially those that pay for a membership, and then can't utilize it for important signings.

6/19 - update was days ago...trying to submit submissions with normal online method. Page freezes, delays, times-out, has error message.... I would like to give you my money and comics...but cannot with working submission process. Trying to make some submission deadlines for the next two weeks, so I hope a fix is awfully soon.
