Hi, I am considering sending in a book for reholder to fix the newton ring problem it has but it has a retired marvel label. Will I be able to keep the label if I send it in?

Nevermind... realized that the CGC tool won't recognize the first 8 digits of the shipping label. I think those are on all my prepaid USPS shipping labels. When entered as 9405xxxxxxxxx01176 and 94058xxxxxxxxxxcc68826 they show up as delivered.

Hi, is the package recept tool supposed to be up to date? I have a submission delivered via USPS on Apr 7th that isn't showing up on the tool. Since the tool is new, is it only tracking new deliveries? I feel like it is now just shifting the inquiry from "when will my package be marked received" to "when will my package be marked delivered." I know this is suppose to give submitters peace of mind, but its actually made me worry when I wasn't worried before.

Premium will basically be a one waiving of the $25 fee versus associate assuming you submit $150 worth of books in a year.

Did you get a year or a year + your remaining premium?

If I upgrade to elite from premium will it add a year to my expiration date or just from the upgrade date? Still have 6 months on my premium and need to figure out if it's worth it to upgrade before the 28th.

Question is, when will this feature work? Doesn't seem to match USPS tracking AFAIK. Delay must be over a week.

My submission was delivered on Nov 2nd at the USPS P.O. Box and its still not received on the 12th... when is the typical freak out cut off?
