  1. CGC.... I get it. Costs ALWAYS go up. Employees are expensive, real estate is expensive, raw materials are expensive. But jeez..... While your market share and bottom line may say otherwise. Your business has problems. And passing the cost on to your customers (twice!) BEFORE fixing those problems is not a good way to inspire customer loyalty. First and foremost, you are selling a service. Not a product. You as a company have to get the "service" aspect back in focus. You don't want customers to start to think that cheaper and quicker is better. Because it is not... You are #1 for a reason. Please start acting like it.
  2. So they can't come close to handling the volume of their business now. And they are going to start taking in even MORE items.... Talk about putting the cart before the horse.
  3. I'd be super happy with a blue label 6 or better. Mostly was worried about getting a green label. Hopefully the back cover will flatten out during pressing. Thanks for the input!
  4. What say you? Gonna send this in for grade and clean/press. Paid a hundred bucks for it about 15 yrs ago on eBay. Obviously has extra printers ink. Chip at bottom spine. Yes, top staple has rust. Also, does this get fixed with clean/press?
  5. I'm in Massachusetts and in the Eastern Standard Time zone just like CGC in FLA. Maybe my cart can be retrieved after 3AM EST when the guys in California and the West Coast hit midnight and they stop beating their head against the wall like i have for the past couple days. LOL CGCs timeline really just sucks for the regular peeps that have 8-5 jobs, kids, and other household responsibilities to handle before having the time to mess around with their comic collections.....
  6. I realize CGC has made a ma$$ive infrastructure inve$tment. Demand for your service is up. And costs NEVER go down. But it would have been nice for you to get your improvements up, running, and T.A.T.s reduced before passing the buck on to your customers with literally a weeks notice. Especially with your site crashing minute to minute for days now. I literally cannot submit books in my cart. And since i can't.... My price will go up from $90 with my 10% disco, to $108 with my disco. Until my discount disappears when it's time to re-up. Then my price goes up by $30 each for books that are staying in my P.C. For collectors that are NOT flipping books, the competition (started by CGC's FOUNDER!) is looking SOOO much better. That's a tough pill to swallow since you guys have been THE comic grading standard since the beginning....
