CGC should try to work a deal with Fedex for ground shipping. It would be less expensive for customers from Canada. The return shiping fees doubled in less than one year.

With International Economy, I received my comics in two days. This is great when I submit valuable comics like Silver age and Bronze Age. However, the value of some Copper Age is not that high if they are below 9.6. It would be great if Canadians had a less expensive shipping solution.

You are a great grading company, but I will do business with you on a less regular basis because of the shipping fees.

Should I write officially to your customers service for submitting this suggestion?

Would you please confirm that the shipping cost to return the books from CGC to Canada are the same as in Europe or Australia? There is no mistake in the table below?

Technically, it didn't really double that fast, as there were a few months where it went to $120 for 25 books.  Honestly, i thought the $90 was a great price for a the longest time and that didn't change for a very long time.  I don't know what their actual costs are but at least they are more up to date with respect to information us of the cost.  The main issue with the increase to $120 was that there wasn't any updated info.

After submitting some comics in June I noticed that the return fees were more expensive than before.

I received this email two weeks after I wrote to CGC because I was overcharged $30 on my invoice.

Like I said :

I wish I would have been notified about that when I filled the submission form.

Of course, CGC has a right to change the price, but a client should be able to trust the amount written on the submission and on the website.

Got a 7.0 from CGC

I have no problem to send 25 books of the following tier : modern, value or economic

It is another matter with standard.

I think that the case is thicker because it is a softcover and not a regular comic book.

Left : Another case from 2003

Middle : Case from 2008 (my recent purchase)

Right : Another case from 2010

Nevertheless, the middle case is loose on the right and left side.
