  1. I don't know. Clearly he's earned one. Apparently he got it. yup and he'll probably come back and launch a ten page tirade on how unfair the mods are. Who are we talking about here?
  2. From the screenshot, it looks like Arnold may have had something to do with this....
  3. Watch the 2nd, 3rd and 4th episode as they repeat endlessly. The loops are part of the narrative and the backdrop. I don't understand people's problem with that literary device. It pays dividends very quickly, IMHO. Indeed. I enjoyed the slower pace and the slight differences. The lack of immediate answers and constant questions just made it all the more interesting.
  4. There are likely 3 timelines going on for us to see, and they're purposefully laid out for us to make incorrect assumptions.
  5. You forgot to say "you heard it here first."
  6. When the man in black blew that cell door lock with a cigar, they switched away to the control building and showed employees approving the request to set off the explosive. Wasn't Luke Hemsworth in that scene? If so they're all in the same timeline, but I can't remember for sure that Hemsworth was in it. Yes, he approved the request.
  7. from an Our Fighting Forces book, possibly?
  8. It was another good episode. Liking it and the mysteries.
  9. ...and, yes...I know, I know...let me preempt the question... Q: OK, Ed. How long would someone have to wait after buying a book on the boards before selling it back on the boards for a profit, without it offending your delicate sensibilities? A: See, this is why it shouldn't bother me. There's no good answer. In the absence of a good answer, I'll just say 50 days...same as the typical gestation period of the female wolverine. I would have asked you that question, but if it's 50 days to make you okay with it, then 50 days it is.
  10. That's right. He gave the lawman one of his cigars. Such a great show so far. All this guessing and uncertainty.
  11. Do you mean Luke Hemsworth? For anyone who didn't realize it he's the older brother of Chris (i.e. Thor) and Liam Hemsworth pictured at right below. Yep, that's who I meant. I knew the name Hemsworth was familiar, just didn't know they were family. Previously, Luke Hemsworth told someone "you give this man whatever he wants." Now, we see a request for a pyrotechnic, which he approves. So, what I'm wondering is, why is Ed Harris so important to management? If he's been going there for 30 years, he's likely paid the company a ton of cash as a repeat customer. Either that or there's another connection- a former employee? Or is he just important to Luke Hemsworth and they're working in collusion?
  12. It was their job to clean up the scalped android so they know about the map since they put it there to begin with. The idea that they're unaware of his full agenda is a possibility. I doubt it though, it appears he's got more access than the average guest as demonstrated by his non-verbal request to have that jail lock blown in the last episode and the camera showing the Westworld operators receiving that request and approving the blowing of the lock. And that deputy's head exploding as if a bullet struck it before he even reached his pistol hanging on the chair. The explosives were the cigars. That's why the lock blew up, that's why the guy's face blew up. I'm wondering if that one male employee is secretly working with Ed Harris....helping him attain his goal
