  1. I was in Ireland in May this year and they had a production set on the Dingle Peninsula. I drove right by it. Would have liked to get a closer look but the road was closed off to common folk like me.
  2. Nice to meet you, Keith! I hope you find those early Peanuts books. I'll bet they're not too easy to locate. Andy
  3. I would recommend it highly as well, although he really needs to incorporate CBCS books into his data, IMHO. 7.0 $1675 2013 7.5 $1852 avg(2) 2014 8.0 $2868 2007 8.5 $3884 2011 No recorded sales for higher grades on GPA Andy
  4. Agreed. It's good to be in the old habit of quoting the book so the picture is with your post when you buy. That Mr. Sneeze is one smart guy.
  5. that's Australian for beer. or something. Can't remember. Had too many black widows last night. It's a red back spider. Unique to Australia. It's not koala bears. get your facts straight. It's dingoes. Not "Koala bear" just "Koala". Australian's are just a big joke to the rest of the world. What bits are a big joke? Or just everything. Good to Know. Forgive that misplaced apostrophe. No offence meant. I am also Australian. The Simpsons episode lampooning Australia is a good example of what I mean. I think it is very Australian to be self-deprecating. It's okay. You can poke fun at Americans, or better yet, Canadians. It's all good
  6. Roosters are pretty tough little buggers so I expect you'll do OK should you meet up with a monkey. And what about the rat?
  7. Thanks. Took me years to find a nice 91. For $200 I am pretty damn thrilled.
  8. Another flawless transaction with Ernie!
  9. For any of the DC war fanatics who's planning to pick up a copy of the Overstreet guide for this year, I guess it's going to be the limited edition Sgt. Rock cover for you guys then. An absolutely gorgeous Sgt. Rock cover by Russ Heath and definitely better than the standard edition Harley Quinn and Power Girl covers by Amanda Conners. Especially since this limited edition cover is going for the same price as the standard edition covers. Holy ! Anyone know who has this available as a pre-order? This is awesome! Here's more info: http://scoop.previewsworld.com/Home/4/1/73/1013?articleID=178428 I already placed my order with the owner of my LCS on FCBD. He was not even aware that this limited edition was available for order by the stores as he initially thought that I was talking about the Hero's Initiative Limited Edition which are not available for order by the LCS's. By far, the best Overstreet cover that we have EVER seen in several years! Fixed that for you. Russ Heath STILL CAN DRAW LIKE A MADMAN!!!!!!! Gorgeous book!
  10. And Comick1 is talking about San Diego Comic Con.
  11. Working on that eventuality right now. I'll keep you updated.
  12. Was it top-3 as in hardest ones to find in high grade, or top-3 as in the most significant Sgt. Rock prototypes? (I think you mean the former, right?) Yes definitely the former. He said something like 'these are the 3 top Sgt.Rock prototypes i have had trouble finding/acquiring in high grade.' You can search back to the time you're looking for. Just adjust the two search periods. The search periods cannot be longer than a year, but, you can wiggle them to find what you need. You can put "older than" 4 years, "newer than" 5 years. Then search. Nothing? Try 5 and 6.
  13. Very cool! Never seen that top book before.
  14. Ads are not considered first appearances. Though, this book should still be sought after and have good value.
  15. Last round, guys. http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=9302272#Post9302272
