  1. I was watching that CGC 9.6 with great interest. Not a big enough player to drop that kind of dough on that book, though. Great comic, nonetheless!!! It sure is the first appearance of a DC character named "Unknown Soldier", I don't think that can be denied. Andy
  2. Well, what you've got here is actually an anti-tank mine, and you should know that only under the weight of a tank will these guys explode. BLAM! A great story, that "Paper Tiger"! Andy
  3. Thanks very much to r1970d for buying some books from me. Not only did I get paid after he received the books, so he's honest, but he's a nice guy as well. Now what about the rest of you? Thanks R! Andy
  4. How in the world did you get so many of those Salida's? Another fantastic book! Thanks for showing!!! Andy
  5. Excellent tight books, Shep! I wish my OAAW #83 was as nice as that one. The OFF books are great as well. Andy
  6. Awesome! No need to get sick seeing other people's books, Jeffro, those are grrrrrrrreat! Andy
  7. Is that the one that was for sale on eBay a little while ago? Nice book!! Andy
  8. Oh, I love that #57 as well....suspenseful!!!! Andy
  9. For me, it's the 60, hands down. Andy
  10. Thanks Fay! I haven't decided yet. I will probably list some of the lesser grade books on my site. None of them are VF although a lot of them have VF appeal. These came out of a 1950s DC collection recently purchased. Funny too, because many of the Actions, Adventures, Batmans and Detectives in the collection from that time period were VF or better. The Army at Wars were sub par by comparison, only averaging FN or so. (Most likely because the war books were read and re-read because that's what we do with books we enjoy, right?) Great run by the way! There's a book or two that I need out of those, so if you'll be selling, perhaps I'll PM you my list. Andy
  11. It's not exactly what you're asking for, but perhaps it'll help you.... http://www.samcci.comics.org/chronology.htm Andy
  12. Most don't. And I'll be happy to take all those hideous copies you can find. I wouldn't want you to hurt your eyes! Ho ho ho!!! Merry Christmas! My oh my! What a sight to see all of those beauts together like that! Can you post the OOAA 128 and the GIC 68, pretty please with sugar on top? Andy
  13. Oh my sweet lord! Gimme an "N"! Gimme an "I"! Gimme a "C"! Gimme an "E"!
  14. Great GIC 80 Shep! And let me know when that 87 becomes available. (Cha-ching!) Andy
  15. Awesome books once again, Mick! Keep 'em comin'!! Andy
  16. Yeah, I haven't posted it yet, because I'm not really proud of it. There is a story to be heard here, though.... Andy
  17. Ahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love that Our Fighting Forces! Love it! Love it! Love it! Say, are those Salida copies? I have a SSWS #32 with a date stamp that looks nearly identical and it was CGC'd as a Salida. Andy
