  1. Batman 497 2nd print. I now have 2 of the 4 copies on the census.
  2. Agreed. Seller has the responsibility of sending the buyer an invoice for his purchases. That is the way it has been on here forever. Agree but sometimes with long sales threads (CDforever and FoolKiller come to mind) that often go on all weekend with 100s of books buyers often "start a pile". The buyer should let the seller know when their pile is complete. Well yea
  3. WD Weekly 1 Arizona Con variant, Superman 75 9.8 blue label and 2 Norm Breyfogle sketches up for sale http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=5644755#Post5644755
  4. Not making excuses for anyone, but there has to be some leeway here. Death in the family, loss of job, divorce, car wreck etc. But barring a life changing event, I'd say 30 days is plenty of time to complete a transaction. You are right that those are valid reasons. I just do not get how he can be too busy if that is what the excuse is and he has continued to post here on the boards (10 times or so today).
  5. You are just mad because you collect comics and that means you cannot get laid. Oh wait, I collect comics as well. That argument is the easiest way to identify a insufficiently_thoughtful_person that I know.
  6. I love when people go to the sexual activity of comic book collectors.
  7. That wasn't funny or nice. Is there going to be another "be nice" thread? No ... trying to teach snarky comic book people to be kind is as difficult as trying to get those same comic book guy types laid or even just shielding them from laughter by attractive women in public places ... somethings require professional help that I don't have the time to teach. Just a friendly reminder that we don't need to pick at each other all the time. Hell I go out of my way to try and be nice to people on the Boards, compliment others (when I don't need to), etc.

  11. If you ever hear JJ talking about his "Magic Fingers' you better start running.
  12. It's been a wild ride...no doubt about that! That is my 2nd Bleeding Cool story in a month. The last was the record setting Walking Dead 19 CGC SS! All I can say is call me crazy, but at the end of the day, as I have stated over and over... If it sells, great. If it doesn't, oh well. Nothing to lose. There is no such thing as bad publicity. XOXOXO Your friend, --Sean. Don't trust Sean. Your better friend, Darrell
  13. Here we go again Maybe this time JJ will just post the picture I provided for him.

  17. I recently bought a few foreign Superman books off eBay. They were shipped from Italy in nothing more than a mailing envelope with no cardboard or anything. The condition on them is not the best as you can imagine. Here are some of the examples.
