    Just got it back and I was mistaken. The book I just submitted for Jurgens SS was numbered 1222. (Just wanted to add that I am sitting here looking over my Mega Con haul and have UFC on the television. The two guys going at it are nicknamed Superman and Doomsday.)

    can't say that I have ever seen one under 1,000. I know my one at CGC is in the 8,000s and my other one is pretty low at 1,431.

    The normal black bag issue of Superman 75 looks just like the platinum version but without the shiny shield and text. Normal black bag version

    No idea. I know from other books of his that he tends to run a little on the high side though.

    I know it will depend on that but I do not see the market being flooded with them. Only GPA on a 9.8 SS was back in 2010 for $1000. Universal 9.8's are 450ish all day long too.

    It makes it easier for the creator to see the opening. I have seen creators sign books with windows and no tape and sign part of the bag.

    I know the inside of the book has a thank you to retailers (I think it is this book). I also know that some were given out in the letter columns in these issues in place of the normal price which was a Baldy if I am not mistaken.

    Print run on 75 platinum was 10,000. Not too sure on the 500.

    The print run on the 75s is massive. The biggest thing about the black bag issues is that they tend to get a crease on the back from the bag if not opened back when they came out. The Death was a black bag with a bleeding red S. There was a platinum version though that was silverish. The return bag was white with a red s and also had a platinum version. This one is not bleeding.

    I agree. I know I never cared when I was younger but now I love having all 5 prints of MoS sitting in front of me. The roman numeral for the print and the different colored logo really makes them enjoyable for some reason.
