    Hi, A few months ago I submitted some comics for a Signature Series event, I'm UK based and got an email a few days ago saying that my Card on file is declining, i'm not sure why that is (possibly due to being a UK bank account and it being flagged as suspicious etc) but could you tell me what options I have to pay my invoice? (it's only $43) Is there an Online payment portal such as for submissions to the UK office? Sorry for the double post, couldn't edit the original one
