You still think it was pressed and regraded? The 8.0 was graded in 2015

It’s the same book with different certifications numbers……. Book has no signs of a press either , so you think my 9.0 is legit? My 9,0 was graded in 2012

I bought from the scammer on eBay , it was asm 129 cgc 9.0 I’ll show you the photos of my book and the book I found sold on eBay which is an 8.0

I hope to hear how cgc is going to compensate, I had a switcharoo with an amaze spider man 129 he swapped an 8.0 into a 9.0 holder. In its real form an 8.0 it’s worth more then what I paid for the fake 9.0 now

How do we know this guy didn’t use his friends and family to submit for reholders, he has 3 states listed on his eBay auctions, I wouldn’t keep submitting amazing Spider-Man 300 9.8 for reholders on a weekly basis because I would be worried about causing attention

My books were graded and shipped yesterday

He is , I bought a book from him. Book was listed to be in Arizona, return label said forest hills and was shipped at the Kew gardens post office in queens, I bought the book in 2019

The scammer has 392 feedback on just one of his old eBay names so yeah I’m thinking thousands

Why would anyone do that ? if you paid 8000 dollars for a book that could be compromised and have no way of getting a refund from the perpetrator , your better of leaving it as is. Cgc needs to pay FMV for all scammed books if the grades do not match.

I have numerous 9.4 bookswith more ticks then this book, and 9.0’s thatlook worse , it’s tough to figure out when it’s not a 9.6/9.8
