    Update: Just got the grade, and it came back at a 9.4 with no comments. Seems like pretty on-target. Thanks for the input! Thanks for all the estimates and advice. Sent off some books for grading today, so there will actually be some results for comparison in the not-too-distant future. Anyway, think this images show pretty much everything here. Thanks!
