    Yes, it would be crazy to re-submit to try to get that 10.0 if you own a 9.9 or even if you own a 9.8 IMO.

    Wonder if there anybody with a Web of Spider-Man #1 in 9.9 sending it in again to try for the 10.0...I would like to hear why the person "thinks" it will come back 10.0.

    Most comic book values will rise and fall more slowly then they have been the first part of this year....but I'm nowhere near as knowledgable as most of you , so what the heck do I know.

    Yes, I thought there was "mostly" a way around it if the ebay buyer is a real jerk and wants to return it.

    Hmmm..I always thought a buyer could return a book regardless if the description states "no return" , "as is" or some other text stating the same when listing on ebay. I guess not which is really good.

    Like some of the others above, I'm constantly looking at my collection. I'm either pulling out some raw books to read or gazing at my slabbed books, rearranging them, re-boarding and re-bagging some, checking out values of some of the books while I look at them, re-boxing some, picking some to finally sell as I either want something else more and these can now go...and on an on. It's simply just very fun to do something with my collection. I only have three comic books so I can do all of the above pretty quickly.

    If I had paid 12K and wouldn't be worried at all for the lower sales that just came in unless I was planning on flipping it right away. I have NO DOUBT H181 over the "long run" will continue to rise in value and will leave the 12k price in the dust. I plan on selling some of my books and try to buy a 9.4 copy before prices zoom up again in the not to distance future. Of course if something serious happens to the stock market, another World crisis like Covid, World War..etc.. then we've got a lot more to worry about then just our funny books.
