    Plans for custom construction home: 1. Gourmet kitchen 2. Home Theatre room 3. Game room 4. Secret hidden room to store comics. Now, where's a contractor? Side note-- As a real estate appraiser, I have seen two hidden rooms in my years of appraising: one was a humidor to protect his collectable vintage cigar collection (mostly pre-embargo Cubans) and the other was a hidden master suite behind a bookcase. NEITHER of those impressed me as much as BZ's room!!!
