    With that stain and that chipping/missing pieces along the top edge of the BC, I think it's gonna top out at 5.5-6.0 after a press.

    This book almost looks like it was just bought off the rack. 8.5, maybe 9.0 because it's a SA and the colors are so fresh.

    I really dont know how much is deducted for interior tears. If it wasnt for the tear I'd say 9.2, possibly 9.4. That's a nice size tear so I'm gonna say 7.5.
