I did the same thing, all around the box.

I'm in the same boat. Sent the book w/ the error back along w/ some of my other books to be graded. The modern slow was updated to the system yesterday but the ME has yet to be added. Not sure if they add those or not.

My books went into QC today!

So I was told yesterday that my modern submission that has been there since 5/28 and in SFG since 8/2 will be another 60 days before they expect them to be completed. That would mean the 131 TAT they currently have showing is really around 165 days.

I pressed mine myself. I'm hoping these don't stay in G/E/I for 7 weeks like my last submission.

My books went into G/E/I yesterday!

This gives me hope, mine are in G/E/I 7 weeks today.

When did they go into G/E/I?

And once again they slowed down.

Mine will be 7 weeks on Monday so I hope I can expect mine next week.

What if CGC is throwing the submissions with the old pricing in the "Do Not Mind" bin.

Today marks the 6th week my 2 submissions have been in G/E/I status. No comment from CGC on what is going on. All it would take is a press release acknowledging the time frame within the status and it would go a long way, but they do nothing and their customer service as become a joke. CGC I hope you understand that once CBCS comes out with a better label your demand will decline and the memory of your poor service will be what people remember about you.

My submission has been in G/E/I since 9/20 and CGC keeps moving their TAT to avoid sending them to me. Now 126 for moderns.

Looks like they changed the TAT for modern slow to 119. I guess they were tired of all the emails asking why haven't I received my books.

Today marks the fourth week mine have been in G/E/I. According to CGC’s new turnaround times, my books should have been shipped last week.

One thing I notice w/ customer service they keep quoting the time estimate starting when the submissions were inputted into their system, not when they received them. On CGC TAT page they say that the time starts when they are received. So I'm hoping and praying that customer service is just wrong and is saying the same thing to all the inquiries they get.

I was told about a couple of weeks ago that the CGC employee that told me he had signed it was incorrect and that they don't even have a date for his signing. I'm not sure if anything changed since that.

This will be the last time I submit books to CGC for signing. I would really love to know their mission statement because this is really horrible service.

44 book - Modern Pre Screen Delivered to CGC: 05/06/21 Received/Scheduled for Grading: 06/30/2021 Grading / Encapsulation / Imaging: 09/20/2021 2 1/2 weeks in Grading and no movement. This is torture!

My Modern Pre-Screen (Non FT) have been G/E/I since 9/20. It's driving me nuts why its in there for so long. Had similar order go in on 9/2 and was in G/QC by 9/10.

I even asked again after the above comment from the administrator said it hadn’t happened yet. And got this
