Then, when you finally came back, it was due to "family issues" which folks couldn't believe because they saw you were playing on the XBox quite a bit during that time while also posting in the Golden Age Forum. I'm about burned out on "Ten Years Behind The Mast With Connor." Could you please tell us all another bedtime story? A) I haven't had an Xbox in a while (I sold it). B) No one "saw" me doing anything, they just heard I was doing this stuff. I don't know why this needs to be discussed anymore as my transactions with everyone are finished.

He wants us to create a decisive criteria to choose which records of probation should be completely eliminate and which should be kept around with easily ability to find. Like my inability to pay for items in the past, and the time I failed to send people their books but repaid everybody

PayPal is "reviewing your case" after the money was taken out of my account. That is the explanation for the "just about". ebradley has received his money.

If resolution is made, and he does not have other lingering issues, he should have the same access to selling on these forums as anyone else. Fair is fair. I'm not involved in the comicseekers thing, so I can't comment on that - but in regards to CAP_Freak, even if he does refund every single cent he stole, there's not a chance in hell I'll accept that he be removed from the probation list. There's a huge difference between screwing up, apologizing and making things right - and screwing up, not being the slighest bit remorseful, and only making things right when the police comes knocking on your door. I paid you $17.86 - I got a refund for $16.86 on the 26th. Still missing $1. I am also shorted 42 cents or something. Not that i really care about 42 cents, but it is the principality of the matter. If you really want to make me happy, keep the 42c and ship me the books i ordered free of charge, I can't be held responsible for the fee that I never received.

I'm confused by a lot of these statements. I am working to pay everyone back. PayPal is reviewing everyones refund and are taking a lot of time to do so.

I love how everyone thinks I'm some huge scam artist like AlleyBat. I sold 15-25 CENT books and it took a while to ship them. Thats all.

I get a lot PO'd when some little kid tries to play the old "I have personal problems" card. Get it through your thick skull, EVERYONE is dealing with , every single day - some have cancer, or are otherwise sick or dealing with ill relatives, some have kids with terminal or chronic illness, while many have and will lose family members. Look at the week Nerf has had - I sincerely doubt your's can compare to that, so don't even try, and I don't see him scamming money and defaulting on deals, while acting like a major tool to his buyers. Unless you're DEAD, buck up and fulfill your responsibilities, either through quick-and-easy refunds or sending the books. No kidding, Why are people even wasting their time with a snot nosed fool kid is beyond me There you go. It's obvious he's not remorseful, now it's time to either refund the money or own up to the obligations. Sounded like a real to me, the way he responded to a customer after he sent them the wrong book. I never understood why some were backing him on that. That takes some serious Ballz to try and purchase something from someone you are actively ripping off. After being on the probation list now 3 times AND now an official member of the Hall of shame(only 4th ever) - shouldn't this dude be banned from posting period? Probably embarrassment. But that is a good point. Not sure what you are embarrassed about. Needing more time to ship out books, which was the truth or covering up the truth? Honestly, do you think from a buyer's point of view that it is just OK to flippantly refund money without sending off a personal email stating some type of remorse. The explanation was private, so yes I do think it okay in some cases. No, it is never OK to just disappear. Never, ever should someone be told untruths. IMO, what is acceptable is to PM/email someone and state I am going through something personal and need time. I am sure that everyone here would have understood and no one would have pried about the subject either. If you are going to sell, communication with your buyers when you fail is key. Thank You.
