  1.  The grade is in -- 8.5.  Wondering if I should've had it pressed.  Here are the grader notes.  Seems like two of them maybe would've been fixed or improved with pressing?

light writing indent center of front cover
small, multiple crease full top of back cover
    spine stress lines breaks color
very light wear full bottom of front cover breaks color

    Thoughts?

If you get that crease pressed, I think you can get a 9.2. Without a press, I'm thinking 8.5-9.0.

So that is how grading works?  Forgive my ignorance... but if I submit it for pressing and grading, they press it first and then grade?

  3. I have a super clean copy of a comic that has three pages that were somehow not trimmed.  There is about half an inch of extra paper at the bottom right corner on both sides.  The book's were my brother's and he kept them safely boarded and bagged and didn't touch this issue in any way.  So how does this affect value?  I've had collectors tell me it both adds and subtracts so I'm just left scratching my head -- I am not myself a collector, just the recipient of this collection.  Any input is appreciated!
